How long do Dysport results last?
Results are temporary and typically last 3–4 months. Maintenance treatments are required to sustain the effects, depending on your individual metabolism and lifestyle.
Is there downtime after Dysport?
Downtime is minimal. You must not manipulate the treated areas for 24 hours. To avoid the possibility of the injection tracking, do not lie down or lean forward for 3–4 hours after your injection. Avoid exercise, steam rooms, or saunas for 48 hours, and avoid excessive heat for 10 days.
Is Dysport safe?
Yes. Dysport is an FDA-approved neuromodulator and is a very common cosmetic procedure. You are NOT a candidate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
How many treatments will I need?
Dysport is a temporary procedure that requires maintenance every 3–6 months. Optimal results are often achieved with consistent re-treatment. Your provider will discuss a personalized treatment plan during your consultation.
