Jennifer, MSN-FNP

Co-Founder & Master Injector

Jennifer is a compassionate registered nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry and initially started her career as a chemist before making a pivotal career change. Jennifer’s healthcare journey began in 2007, working alongside top physicians and plastic surgeons in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. She started as an aesthetic consultant, educating patients on facial enhancement and skin rejuvenation. With years of experience, Jennifer became one of the top aesthetic trainers in advanced injection techniques, laser therapy, and thread lifts for NP’s, PA’s, and RN’s. She believes in helping every person feel confident in their skin, crafting treatment plans uniquely designed to align with each individual’s health and aesthetic goals.

In her free time, Jennifer loves adventure, snowboarding in the winter, and enjoying beach life (with SPF, of course) during hot summer days.

Tina, RCP

Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer

Tina began her career as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the OR at Premier Cosmetic Surgery (2012-2017), where she played a key role in overseeing operations. Her leadership skills led her to become Practice Manager, where she further refined her expertise in the field. From 2017 to 2021, Tina served as a National Consultant Trainer at Wave Plastic Surgery, sharing her knowledge and skills on a national level. In 2021, she was appointed Chief Operations Officer at Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons, where she contributed significantly to the organization. Since 2022, Tina has been the Founder and COO of JT Aesthetic & Co, a premier medical aesthetics practice that she has passionately led to success.

Tina is deeply passionate about her craft, finding genuine fulfillment in helping people feel confident, empowered, and radiant in their own skin. With a heartfelt approach and an eye for detail, she thrives on the rewarding moments when patients leave not only looking but feeling their best.

Outside the treatment room, Tina is all about balance—whether it’s breaking a sweat in hot yoga, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or making core memories with her twin daughters, who keep her world bright and full of laughter.

But let’s be clear—Tina’s not just a regular mom. She’s a cool mom. 😉

Bianca, MSN, RN, PHN, FNP

Aesthetic Injector and Skin Expert

Bianca is an aesthetic nurse based in Pasadena with a Master of Science in Nursing and a soon-to-be Nurse Practitioner this Fall 2025. Her passion for cosmetic treatments is rooted in a genuine desire to help others feel confident, comfortable, and radiant in their own skin. With a background in dermatology, aesthetics, and functional medicine, Bianca brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to patient care. She has been professionally trained in cosmetic treatments and continues to advance her skills to stay current with the latest techniques and safety standards. Known for her compassionate nature and attentive ear, Bianca takes the time to truly listen to her patients’ goals. Her approach prioritizes natural-looking results, always focusing on patient safety and best practice standards. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your look, Bianca is here to help you feel like your most confident self—glowing, inside and out.

Megan

South Pasadena Manager/Aesthetic Consultant

Megan Hoang is a purpose-driven entrepreneur with a passion for building meaningful connections and delivering high-quality service. She holds a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Healthcare Administration from Granite State College and maintains multiple certifications in health and safety practices. Guided by her core values—respect, integrity, compassion, and teamwork—Megan approaches every project and partnership with dedication and care.

Her diverse background includes working closely with medical professionals, managing front- and back-office operations, executing strategic marketing, and delivering exceptional customer support. These experiences have shaped her unwavering commitment to excellence, accountability, and service-driven leadership

Mireille, LE

Medical Aesthetician

Mireille’s passion for the beauty industry began at a young age, inspired by her mother, a cosmetologist. Growing up, Mireille spent countless hours in the salon, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere and picking up beauty tips along the way. Her interest deepened as she dealt with her own skin challenges, regularly visiting aestheticians who sparked her admiration for the profession. Motivated by their expertise and the environment they worked in, Mireille made the decision to pursue skincare as a career rather than just a hobby. After gaining experience at various spas, Mireille found her true home at JT Aesthetic & Co. Surrounded by a team of empowering women, she feels blessed to be in an environment that supports her growth and advancement in the field she loves.

Medical Aesthetician/Senior Aesthetic Consultant

Meet Ashlee, a licensed esthetician and aesthetic sales consultant with 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics, specilizing in results driven, medical grade treatments designed to deliver real skin transformations.

Ashlee is also a proud mom of two wonderful boys, who always come first! A perfect self care day for for Ashlee would be enjoying a hot yoga class, a massage, and indulging in a little Botox.
