Refund & Store Credit Policy

At JT Aesthetic & Co., we value your trust and strive to provide the highest quality of care and service. Please take a moment to review our refund and store credit policy before booking your treatments or purchasing products.

Services

  • All services rendered are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to complete a treatment package you have purchased, the unused portion may be applied as store credit toward other services of equal or greater value.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Products

  • Unopened retail products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Gift Cards & Special Promotions

  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional packages are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

Appointment Deposits

  • Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule, deposits may be applied toward future appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice.
